Meet Fred Skey
Quickly learning that sales drives American business, he changed hats from developer to sales person and opened his own real estate brokerage, The Skey Company (USA) Inc. It was during this time that he discovered Dale Carnegie Training and soon became one of its most popular trainers, specializing in sales training. The relationship spanned more than 20 years and continued up to just a few weeks ago when Fred linked up with Jeffrey Gitomer. Fred is the licensed distributor for Jeffrey Gitomer's learning products. These include an interactive, web based E-Learning system supported by a state of the art Learning Management System (LMS) and a number of instructor led courses and seminars. The TrainOne E-Learning program includes over fifty modules enabling clients to provide long term, continuous learning programs for its sales and customer service staff. The instructor led programs include "The Patterson Principles of Selling" and "Customer Satisfaction is Worthless, Customer Loyalty is Priceless" based on the two books of the same name. Recently Fred was recently awarded the coveted "Certified Performance Technologist" designation by the International Society of Performance Improvement. Fred's approach to training is focused on producing results rather than on delivering content. This means that from every session that he conducts, the participants must not only have been given new and interesting material but they must also have been sufficiently motivated to apply what has been learned.
